Smart Eye: Driving Smart Judicial Development with Multimodal Large Models

2025-04-01

Guided by the Ministry of Justice’s “Digital Rule of Law, Smart Justice” Information System Construction Implementation Plan, Wuhan Xingtuxinke has leveraged its deep technological expertise and industry experience to advance smart judicial systems. In a smart prison demonstration project in a certain province, Xingtuxinke deployed the Smart Eye multimodal large model to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of prison supervision and management.

Xingtuxinke has developed an intelligent supervision and command platform for smart prison security management, seamlessly integrating Smart Eye with video AI technology to create a comprehensive and intelligent supervision system. This platform enables real-time monitoring and early detection of abnormal behavior, ensuring swift responses and effectively preventing security incidents. It also incorporates a standardized knowledge base for prison management, giving staff quick access to essential information and improving decision-making accuracy and operational efficiency.

Looking ahead, the role of Smart Eye in smart judicial systems will continue to expand. Xingtuxinke plans to further leverage visual AI technology for real-time monitoring and analysis of abnormal and high-risk behaviors. By developing multimodal fusion algorithms, Smart Eye aims to shift from “post-incident investigation” to “pre-incident prevention.”

Beyond security, Smart Eye will also support the day-to-day management of prisons, including policy enforcement, information dissemination, contract review, and knowledge sharing. This will help prisons transition from “human-based supervision” to “intelligent oversight” and from “single-point control” to “comprehensive coordination.” Through continuous technological innovation, Xingtuxinke is committed to enhancing prison security and contributing to the development of smarter, safer correctional facilities.
