The "Intelligent Emergency Rescue Integrated Vehicle" is built on a highly mobile off-road platform, leveraging drone-based rapid reconnaissance and strike-rescue capabilities. It fully utilizes advanced technologies such as big data, digital twins, and artificial intelligence to create a system with key functionalities: information reconnaissance, command and control, communication support, unmanned rescue, situational awareness, decision-making assessment, and video dispatch. This vehicle is designed to meet the demands of various emergency response scenarios, including forest firefighting, mountain rescue, flood control, and debris search operations.

    This equipment focuses on the five essential phases of emergency command and rescue: surveillance, control, strike, rescue, and assessment. It can act as a mobile outpost for continuous monitoring and early warning in situations without immediate danger. When an emergency occurs, it serves as an operational unit providing emergency linkage, command, and rapid response for commanders. The ultimate goal is to enhance the efficiency of emergency rescue operations, ensuring zero casualties among rescue personnel.

    The Intelligent Emergency Rescue Integrated Vehicle  is a frontline emergency rescue command center and a mobile hub for rescue materials. It integrates multiple advanced features, including automated reconnaissance, situational awareness, intelligent decision-making, command and dispatch, rescue and strike capabilities, and comprehensive assessment tools. This high-tech vehicle can operate as an independent reconnaissance-strike unit.

    Taking into account terrain, mission type, and deployed personnel, the vehicle is available in two versions: light and heavy.

    ● Light Reconnaissance-Strike Vehicle: Built on a 4x4 off-road platform, providing agility and mobility.

    ● Heavy Reconnaissance-Strike Vehicle: Built on a 6x6 off-road platform, offering enhanced capacity and durability.

    Each vehicle is equipped with an emergency rescue command and dispatch platform, individual soldier equipment, multi-rotor reconnaissance drones, emergency rescue drones, emergency rescue kits, firefighting munitions, and other essential rescue materials. The standard crew for each vehicle consists of 5 personnel.

    Emergency Rescue Command and Dispatch Platform Software

    (1) Business Management Features

    Support device management, including the management of control terminals, vehicles, smart wristbands, drones, and other devices.

    Support resource management, including personnel management, site management, and unit management, with the ability to add temporary organizational structures.

    Support user management, including user creation, deletion, modification, and permission management.

    Support map annotation management, allowing for the addition of new annotations, setting annotation types, and the modification, deletion, and querying of existing annotations.

    Support the management of device and model relationships, enabling "virtual-real interaction" to synchronize actions between external devices and system models.

    Support the configuration of three-dimensional models, including uploading models, and editing, deleting, and searching for models.

    Support real-time three-dimensional modeling management, allowing for the viewing of modeling lists, modeling details, modeling images, and the setting of model visibility.

    (2) Video Transmission

    Support network adaptability, allowing the system to dynamically detect network conditions and automatically adjust bitrate, frame rate, and resolution based on network changes.

    Ensure video clarity and smoothness under a 30% packet loss condition, and maintain basic audio clarity under a 50% packet loss condition.

    ③ Support the transmission of video and system situational awareness to higher command posts.

    (3) 3D Real-Time Modeling

    ①● Support fully automated modeling (no manual copying of modeling images required), with a modeling time of ≤8 minutes for an area of 90,000 square meters (modeling accuracy ≤25 cm).

    Support switching between 2D and 3D maps.

    Support address search, address location, and map viewpoint locking.

    Support the loading of fire source particle models and real-scene 3D models.

    Support the annotation of roads, bridges, water sources, etc., on situational maps.

    (5) Artificial Intelligence Recognition

    Based on the data transmitted from drones, including video, images, and temperature, the command system automatically identifies information such as fire sources, smoke, and personnel through intelligent algorithms, providing support for human assessment of fire situations.

    (6) Command and Dispatch Control

    ① Support real-time display of the number, type, and task-specific information of rescue personnel, vehicles, and equipment, including site temperature, humidity, and wind speed.

    Support auxiliary planning and decision-making, providing action planning, resource assessment, action plans, and command issuance suggestions.

    Support task management, allowing users to view historical tasks, handling processes, resource consumption, and video playback through the system.

    Support the assessment of strike processes, enabling review assessments and export of evaluation reports.

    (7) Drone Control

    Support mission planning and status monitoring for drones. Users can send waypoints, flight paths, and range coordinates to the drone and control functions such as one-click takeoff, one-click cruising, one-click return, and one-click strike. Real-time reconnaissance video and flight trajectories of the drone can also be monitored.

    Support the acquisition of video streams from the drone, with a video delay of less than 1 second. Additionally, support the retrieval of flight data from the drone, with a data delay of less than 1 second, and the acquisition of sensor data (such as temperature and laser ranging data) from the drone, with data latency also under 1 second

    Rescue Drone

    PThe drone is equipped with a black box recording function, automatically recording flight data. The drone system has a low-voltage protection feature, providing low-voltage protection prompts based on voltage readings. It also has a loss-of-control protection feature, allowing the drone to autonomously return to the original takeoff/landing point safely in case of control interruption.

    Supports opening of drone control interfaces to the emergency rescue command and dispatch platform software, allowing the upload of video, images, temperature, and flight status information, with an uplink communication frequency of ≥1 Hz.

    Equipped with multiple independent deployment devices, capable of simultaneously loading multiple fire-extinguishing bombs, with independent control for each deployment device.

    Equipped with a laser ranging radar system, which automatically adjusts the detonation time of fire-extinguishing bombs based on the drone's real-time altitude for precise altitude-controlled explosions. The detonation height can also be flexibly adjusted.

The rescue kit's material and design: 500D PVC, waterproof material with an inflatable outer layer that provides cushioning during deployment.

    Fire-Extinguishing Bomb Performance Parameters

    Equipped with two types of fire-extinguishing bombs: water-based and dry powder, used in alternating combinations.

    Designed for use with a hexacopter heavy-lift drone, deployed vertically. The bomb is equipped with an intelligent control interface for automatic altitude-controlled detonation.

    The minimum adjustable detonation height: ≤10 meters.

    Safety performance: Complies with civil explosive safety transportation standards GB/T 19001-2016.

    Fire-extinguishing coverage per bomb: no less than 30 square meters.
