In today’s world, where digital and intelligent transformation is sweeping across the globe, the modernization, informatization, and intelligence of emergency management have become key issues that cannot be overlooked in various industries. Xingtu Xinke is honored to partner with State Power Investment Corporation Yunnan International (hereinafter referred to as "Yunnan International") to jointly build the Yunnan International Integrated Emergency Video Command Platform, injecting powerful innovative forces into the fields of smart construction and emergency management.

1

The Yunnan International Integrated Emergency Video Command Platform is a comprehensive platform that integrates multiple emergency communication methods, including video, voice, conference, and communication. During the platform's construction, Xingtu Xinke introduced dual-use military-to-civilian technologies, combined with Yunnan International's independently developed technologies, to overcome challenges such as the wide distribution of new energy power stations and small and medium-sized hydroelectric plants, remote locations, and difficult access.

2

With the converged communication platform as the core, and pooling various types of signal sources as a method, the platform unifies and manages the diverse, heterogeneous audio-video system equipment and input-output data. This integration resolves key technical challenges related to gathering video streams across different network channels, successfully merging heterogeneous emergency communication resources.

On November 20, 2024, the Yunnan International Integrated Emergency Video Command Platform completed its full integration and officially entered trial operation. The platform now integrates more than 1,700 industrial video streams from 42 sites, 77 central control rooms, and wide-area video conferencing systems. Additionally, over 120 emergency communication devices, such as emergency duty phones, smart individual devices, and satellite phones, are connected. The platform enables real-time, coordinated emergency command across the entire region and serves as an “all-directional emergency brain” to swiftly gather resources in emergencies, allowing for unified scheduling.

4

Currently, the platform has successfully integrated all of Yunnan International's existing sites, and new projects will continue to be integrated. Not only does the platform have strong scalability, allowing seamless connections with SPIC's smart emergency and intelligent security systems, but it also plays a supporting role in areas such as safety management, operation control, safety supervision, and project management. In the event of an emergency, it will quickly mobilize resources and improve the speed and accuracy of emergency response.
